WI LEY RYE -OATEY PALE ALE 

5.5% A.B.V. / 41 - IBU
Made with malted rye and golden naked oats , hopped with Eldorado hops . Dry hopped with Citra hops. Light and refreshing .

RAKE THE FOREST I.P.A.

6 % A.B.V. / 91 I.B.U
 A smooth I.P.A., using Chinook , Cascade , and Motueka hops from New Zealand. Citrus and Grapefruit flavors with a little spiciness round out this IPA .It's a great beer for forest fire prevention too ! (LOL )

FALL HARVEST ROAST CHILE CREAM ALE

Our fall seasonal beer, featuring New Mexico Hatch Green Chiles. It has lots of flavor, aroma, and a bit of a smokiness with just a little bit of heat. Get it while it lasts!!

snow Dance Imperial Stout

7% A.B.V. /38 I.B.U.
A great winter brew!   It's rich, smooth , chocolaty, malty, and coffee notes as well. Do your best snow dance this season!

“Smoke and Biers” German Rauchbier

5.6% A.B.V. / 22 I.B.U.
​A lightly smoked German Rauchbier, brewed as a Marzen or an Octoberfest with smoked malt added. Smokey and Malty for a great balance.

Double secret saison

This Belgian Saison is fruity, peppery, citrusy,with a soft malt background and a dry finish. Shhh don't tell anyone!!!
